Enviar articuloOn the occasion of the release of the Scientific Report by the United Nations on climate change between 12 and 17 of November, in Valencia, many organizations – environmental, social and people’s ones, together with trade unions - [1] from throughout Spain, have called for a blackout under the slogan:
“React Now to climate change”
For November 15th, 2007, between 08:00 pm and 08:05 pm
This is an open calling and it is based on the unplugging of all electric appliances of all dwellings, public and private workplaces and publicly owned facilities and amenities during this time. We hereby invite to join us any and all person or entity willing to draw society’s and authorities’ attention to the real need of taking the urgent and necessary steps to face this serious threat.
